Directions:
From Auckland take State Highway (SH) 1 on the Southern Motorway to Pokeno, turn left onto SH2 and follow the signs to Thames via SH25. After you crossed the bridge near Kopu,turn right following the sign to Tairua and Whangamata. 800 metres past Kopu turn left on SH25A. Follow the SH25, passing Tairua, till you arrive at Whenuakite after 45min. Take the road to the right (Hahei & Hot Water Beach) and follow the directions to Hahei. |
